James Nader does a lot of studio photography he also has a large range of location work, demonstrated below.

In the picture James uses a balance of ambient and controlled lighting to produce a halo of light around the model and also a small sun flare through the window.
Both these photos taken in a theatre demonstrate good communication between the photographer and the model with the model giving almost actor like poses to match the environment and the angle and light to match the normally quite subdued lighting in a theatre.

ReplyDeleteAgain more written analysis here please along with ideas and intentions of what you have learnt and what you are going to do with that knowledge, etc...prep and planning and wardrobe, styling, locations ,etc...etc..
please more writing or the audio recording solution and embed it into your blog as you are good at talking.

ReplyDeleteCan you load up a range of images from the light drawing you did both in the studio and the garden as these are vital, even if you do the writing later I need to see them on your blog please.
Also we talked about you doing a video diary which I think would be great and solve a problem at the same time, can you have a couple done by next week please.
